Today, Stanhope PLC has announced a new partnership agreement with Oneder to launch their latest flexible workspace hub Kindling, operating 30,000 sq ft at Mediaworks, White City Place.
Set to open in April 2026 and with 20% of the space already taken, the new fully serviced workspace will cater for solo entrepreneurs and teams ranging from 1-150 people. The workspace will offer a mix of private fully serviced offices, coworking, hot desks, meeting rooms, phone booths, a large event space and collaborative varied work zones designed to drive growth and community.
Kindling members will benefit from a complimentary onsite barista, a dedicated community team, generous breakout spaces, stocked kitchens, a programme of curated events and flexible membership options. Oneder also offers its members vibrant spaces with an emphasis on building relationships and creating mutual support.
David Kaiser, Founder and CEO of Oneder, says: “We believe workspaces should be more than a desk offering a space and place where people want to work, not have to work. A place for people to enjoy, connect and have fun alongside the space and facilities to carry out productive and focused work. With bustling buildings in Shoreditch, London Fields, Hoxton and Kings Cross we’re delighted to be opening our first space for West Londoners to enjoy. Kindling will be a space where sparks of creativity and collaboration can grow into something meaningful and impactful, providing an environment for high growth companies to reach new heights. We believe workspaces should adapt to you, not the other way round. Whether you’re with us for a day, a week or hosting an event or meeting, our spaces are designed to flex around you.
We found our missions, values and ambitions aligned closely with Stanhope and we look forward to further enhancing the dynamic, vibrant and creative environment they’ve built at White City Place.”
Lara Samworth, Leasing Director at Stanhope, says: “Oneder’s growth story and values align with our vision for White City Place. Their focus on people and long-term business success is exactly what we’re trying to foster at White City Place, making them a natural fit for MediaWorks. Taking the entire ground floor of the MediaWorks (need to have the same spelling for MediaWorks throughout) building with a workspace designed around community and care will bring new energy and further enhance White City Place as a destination for ambitious, forward-thinking businesses.”
Launched in September 2023, Oneder was created with a clear ambition; to build a new kind of workspace business that focuses on providing a space and experience that people and companies want to work in. The launch marks Oneder’s sixth site (taking the space they operate to over 200,000 square feet), following continued growth across London, including the opening of its new King’s Cross workspace in March. Oneder has over 2,000 members, predominantly technology, creative and SME businesses.
Oneder will join the expanding hub of innovation at White City Place, part of the wider White City Innovation District, one of London’s growing centres for research, creativity and enterprise. Anchored by White City Place alongside Imperial College London and Scale Space, the district brings together academic institutions, life sciences companies, creative businesses and technology start-ups in a connected campus environment designed to support collaboration, knowledge sharing and long-term growth.
