Roseview Windows – Specialist manufacturer strengthens offer with brand new showroom

In an investment that has further underlined its commitment to its customers, Roseview Windows recently opened a new bespoke showroom at its existing factory site in Buckinghamshire. The investment marks an important step forward for the specialist sash window manufacturer, providing a dedicated space to showcase its full product range, while also highlighting the strength of its long‑established relationship with systems partner REHAU.

Developed over a six‑month period, the showroom has been designed to support homeowners, installers, developers and specifiers, offering visitors the opportunity to view Roseview’s windows in person, compare styles and finishes, and gain a deeper understanding of performance credentials, compliance and aesthetics. The space reflects the company’s belief that while digital tools play an increasingly important role in the buying process, there remains significant value in seeing products first‑hand.

“The showroom allows people to see everything we offer in one place,” explains Keane Grantham, Marketing Manager. “Customers can view the windows up close, understand the fine details, and in the same visit, see how they’re made on site. It helps give them greater confidence in the product.”

Inspired by Roseview’s FIT Show exhibition stand from 2025, the new showroom adopts a clean, modern layout that moves away from traditional brick‑based displays. Instead, the focus is firmly on the windows themselves, allowing them to be assessed clearly and objectively. This approach mirrors the company’s evolving brand direction, which balances modern presentation with a deep respect for traditional sash window design.

The showroom now features every product in the Roseview portfolio, including its secondary glazing solutions, trims and accessory options, all of which can be viewed together for the first time. Although a number of final visual elements are still being completed, the showroom is already open to visitors and is being used to support meetings, demonstrations and training.

“Installers, developers and specifiers can come in, get product training, see the manufacturing process, and leave with all the technical and marketing support they need,” says Keane. “It’s about building long‑term relationships, not just making a sale.”

Alongside the physical investment in its showroom, Roseview continues to strengthen its long‑running partnership with REHAU, a collaboration that spans more than 40 years. Rehau profiles underpin Roseview’s flagship Ultimate Rose and Heritage Rose sash window ranges, and the two companies have worked closely on a number of technical advancements in the past four decades.

One of the most notable outcomes of this collaboration is Roseview’s use of Thermo V‑Flex patented technology. Developed alongside Rehau, the system enables U‑values as low as 1.2 W/m²K, while retaining traditional sash window aesthetics. This level of performance ensures Roseview’s products ahead of the curve, as they are already aligned with the requirements of the Future Homes Standard, currently expected to be introduced in 2027.

“Our relationship with REHAU goes far beyond supply,” adds Keane. “We work together on large‑scale projects, on technical development, and on future innovation. Having a partner that’s prepared to invest alongside us and support what we’re trying to achieve makes a real difference.”

While no new product launches have been announced recently, Keane confirms that further innovation is being developed in collaboration with REHAU behind the scenes, reinforcing Roseview’s reputation as a market leader rather than a follower. The ability to future‑proof designs, while maintaining authentic heritage detailing, remains central to its strategy.

Roseview’s credentials have also been strengthened by its involvement in major long‑term developments, including Welborne Village, a 6,000‑home scheme where its sash windows have been specified for front elevations. The project, which is expected to run for up to 15 years, demonstrates the company’s capability to deliver consistency, scale and compliance across large residential developments, while still meeting strict aesthetic requirements.

Looking ahead, Roseview plans to continue expanding its support for independent developers and installers, particularly those working on projects that require traditional styling alongside modern performance standards. The new showroom, combined with the company’s digital Trade Hub, which is continuing to grow and increase traction, forms part of a wider strategy to make expertise, training and resources as accessible as possible.

“Digital support is vital, but nothing replaces seeing the product in the flesh,” Keane concludes. “The showroom brings everything together and really underlines what Roseview is about – quality, authenticity and partnership.”

With its new showroom in place and its trusted partnership with REHAU continuing to evolve, Roseview Windows is well positioned to maintain its leading position in the sash window sector, as customer expectations and regulatory demands continue to shift in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
