Although it was an individual award, when Michael Parinchy, ProBuild360’s Senior Construction Manager, was named Young Business Person of the Year at the Signature Awards 2025 it really reflected the quality approach that the Birmingham-based construction company has built its reputation on.
“I love what I do for a living and so much of the reason behind that is because I love how the business run and everything it represents,” explains Michael. “It was very flattering to win the award but it wouldn’t have been possible without the fantastic support I have received from ProBuild360 over the years.
“At the end of the day; we’re a family business. The culmination of the company and of my individual career goes back to my education and my family, my parents, my grandparents and so on. The culture at the company is based around the fact that if you want to thrive and you’ve got the work ethic, then everything’s in place to attain your goals.”

Michael’s success and ProBuild360’s progression as a business is all the more impressive given the challenges that construction companies are having to contend with at the moment. “The industry is simultaneously very, very exciting with a significant amount of developments and innovation taking place, while at the same time there are some very palpable obstructive forces we’re all having to contend with. The key is to keep going to find solutions to these problems and overcome those challenges.
“As a company, with every year that passes the more the story is fleshed out and there’s more depth and meaning to it. It’s all about rising to those challenges and putting your head above the parapet.”
Reflecting its success, ProBuild360 continues to enjoy a strong workload, carrying out between 30 and 40 domestic projects a year. These are in addition to its own developments, which include both commercial and residential schemes. Geographically the company operates in an area stretching from Oxford up to Chester, and it is currently working on a site in Coventry comprising 24 apartments.
“The Midlands is our heartland but we’re keen to broaden our horizons, so if the right opportunity became available, we would be prepared to operate further afield,” says Michael. “We have the experience to achieve this goal, as we currently employ around 140 employees. This includes all the trades, engineers and labour force, as well as the office staff. We have also built up a really strong network of reliable suppliers and trusted sub-contractors to support our activities.”
With such a robust infrastructure, ProBuild360 is well placed to keep moving forward and increasing its sphere of influence across the country even further.
“We have the right people in the right positions so it’s all about making the most of our capabilities. We are particularly strong on new ways of letting people know what we’re about as a company, such as through our YouTube channel, ProBuild360 TV. The aim now is take on ever larger and more complex projects to showcase what we can do on a grander scale.
“We’ve enjoyed strong turnover growth and are now up to about £8m. We’re aiming to increase this with the larger projects we’re looking at.”
With the progress it has made over the years, this objective looks well within ProBuild360’s reach and more award recognition could well be on the cards too.
