Glencar celebrates completion of prime logistics development at G-Park Basingstoke for Wrenbridge

Glencar, a leading UK construction company recently ranked amongst Europe’s fastest growing businesses, recently announced completion of the construction of a 209,000 sq ft speculative industrial/logistics facility at G-Park Basingstoke. It has been developed for long-term and valued customer Wrenbridge, its funding partner Bridges Fund Management and leading global logistics operator GLP.

The construction of the building, completed in only 12 months, boasts a highly sustainable design tailored to the requirements of contemporary occupants, securing an EPC A+ and a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

The building features an impressive specification, including a 15-meter clear internal height, a floor loading of 50kN per square meter, a yard depth of 47 meters, 19 dock doors, two level access doors, parking for nine HGVs and 162 cars, a gatehouse, a substantial power supply, and 10,829 square feet of office space across two floors.
