Bristan’s introduction of new industry standard with Lifetime Guarantee is no April’s Fool

Bristan has announced the launch of a new Lifetime Guarantee covering its taps, showers and accessories, setting a new benchmark for long-term product support across the bathroom industry. The guarantee applies to all products sold from today (Wednesday 1st April) and has been designed to be clear, comprehensive and genuinely built for the long term. It includes cover for parts, finishes and working components.

Positioning itself as an industry disruptor, Bristan aims to redefine expectations around what a lifetime guarantee should offer. Branded as ‘Watertight’, the guarantee reflects the company’s confidence in the durability, engineering and performance of its products, underpinned by decades of experience, UK-led design and award-winning customer service.

If a problem occurs, Bristan will repair, replace or refund, supporting customers throughout the entire lifespan of the product. The approach is intended to give homeowners, installers and trade partners long-term peace of mind and a level of assurance that can be relied upon.

The Lifetime Guarantee applies to products used in normal domestic settings and includes one year of labour cover on taps and showers across the Bristan range. While designed with consumers in mind, the guarantee also delivers meaningful benefits for the wider supply chain:
