Leading construction consultancy Bentley has opened a new office in London, marking the next stage in its ambitious regional growth strategy and strengthening its presence across the South of England.
The move builds on the success of Bentley’s established offices in the Midlands and North, where the business has continued to grow its client base and deliver projects across the public and private sectors. The new London office will provide a dedicated base for the team to support strategic land schemes and other key projects across the region.
Two of Bentley’s main board directors, Jonathon Bentley and Tom Mascari, will lead the London office launch, driving the firm’s expansion in the South and ensuring the delivery of its core services, which include project management, development and cost management.

The consultancy, which already has 13 live sites across the South, is working with several existing clients to promote and deliver sites. Bentley is also actively recruiting in the region to support the pipeline of work and mirror the successful growth achieved in the North.
