Following a very successful year (as we reported here), Bearmont Construction has moved into new offices to further support its expansion plans.
Its new headquarters are at Knightsbridge House at 11 Gloddeath Street in Llandudno and the building is owned by the Bearmont Group. It has a shop on the ground floor, which is let, and there are fully refurbished apartments on the second and third floors. Bearmont occupies the whole of the first floor.
Chief Executive Officer of the Bearmont Group, Rob Lloyd, said: “Having worked out of the back of my vehicle for the last few years, we have finally started moving into our new offices. The offices have been fully refurbished by one of our subsidiaries, Bearmont Construction, to a high standard. It’s been a great team effort. The question is how much time will I actually spend in the office, as I like to be out and about looking for deals? Bearmont Group continues to grow!”
