Probuild360 is an SME housebuilder and domestic construction business that brings together the disciplines of planning, design, construction and installation. The two production operations include extension/renovation projects and newbuild developments – both of which are characterised by a commitment to quality and an emphasis on service and management.
Michael Parinchy, Senior Construction Manager, has also led the company in its mission to be an industry thought leader – as a student member of the Chartered Institute of Builders (pending Professional Review) Mr Parinchy is an active and engaged member of the House Builder Association and the National Federation of Builders and has created two Knowledge Transfer Partnerships with Birmingham City University and InnovateUK – projects devised to make great strides in the way the homes are built and lived in.
The Department of Business Enterprise, Innovation and Skills has authorised a 24-month project and is considering a second for approval that promise to make waves in the domestic construction market. “Whilst under an NDA, details cannot be provided but the objectives are to include stimulation of client-builder relations, consumer protection, elevation of standards in quality and service, and enhancement of the experience of house building and homeownership,” explains Mr Parinchy.

Recently theBusinessDesk.com recognised Mr Parinchy’s efforts with a nomination for Transformational Leader at the BD Leadership Awards at the Burlington Hotel in Birmingham. Surrounded by friends, family, and colleagues, Mr Parinchy reflects on just how much experience, knowledge, and business innovation can fit into one room – a privilege to be considered amongst such high-calibre company.
The next 24-36 months promises to be intense for Mr Parinchy and for Probuild360 – with three developments in the land bank, including a luxury housing estate in Leamington Spa and a very special design-led business expansion – an interiors showroom like no other.
Mr Parinchy says he will be pleased to get stuck into some construction phase management again having spent the last 12 months on acquisitions and planning. But, as with all things Probuild, he won’t be settling for simply completing the jobs. He’ll be managing these projects whilst supervising the aforementioned innovations including video production and software development and implementing the resulting content and products to the benefit of all stakeholders in this industry. Stay tuned…
