Plentific gains access to 300,000 homes through new partnership with HouseMark and leading social housing providers

Home services marketplace Plentific.com has seen rapid growth throughout 2016 and now, to round off a successful year, is proud to announce a new partnership with HouseMark and 13 leading social housing providers. With hundreds of thousands of owned and managed homes between them, as well as plans to build thousands more in the coming years, these new partners will give Plentific a significant increase in clients and jobs.

Plentific has been selected to join HouseMark Evolve’s 12 week programme, which involves building an innovative repairs and maintenance product for the social housing providers and their 300,000 tenants. HouseMark has access to around 4m homes through their members, and with this programme, Plentific has gained immediate access to a sizeable part of the UK housing market. 

Plentific will develop additional features for its product which will allow tenants to easily report issues and arrange trade professionals using an online self-service platform. By using Plentific, the goal of the social housing providers is to give tenants a better and quicker service when it comes to repairs and maintenance services. Replacing outdated legacy systems and reducing costly admin time will also improve operating margins and free up additional funds to further develop much needed affordable homes.

This opportunity will not only provide Plentific with more jobs for it’s verified trade professionals, but it will also provide direction to further develop the platform and customise it to fit the needs of the social housing providers.
